Couch Kit Vol. 1 is a a completely free drum kit that was recorded in a single session by Orion while sitting on a couch banging on a 60’s Rogers kick, Ludwig Super Phonic and Zildjian K Hats with 3 microphones at the Music Resource Center in Charlottesville VA.
This free Reverb sample pack includes one-hits and loops in the style of Amy Winehouse’s “Rehab” that we recorded at Chicago’s Rax Trax studios.
This is a free Triton drum kit with 382 drum samples modeled after the ones found on the Korg Triton keyboard.
It’s a relatively small kit–a kick, snare, two toms, and two cymbals–just like something a jazz drummer would play at a gig or low-key recording session.
