What can you say about the AKAI MPC (Music Production Center)? Originally designed by Roger Linn back in the late 1980s as the MPC-60, The device has gone through many changes and is now up to model MPC-5000. It’s features were more than just a drum machine since it could sample loops and sequence MIDI.
It’s status in the world of hip hop is legendary.
Below we offer the factory preset samples from the MPC 2000. These provide a decent array of sounds in both electronic and acoustic genres.
These samples are in WAV format and useable by most DAWs (FLStudio, Reason, Logic, Cubase, Sonar, etc)

i just bought an mpc 2000 it came wit the boot disk but no programmed sounds i have midi cables and rec cables i cant seem to get my comp to sync wit the midi or my record in to record if any 1 has advice i would appriciate any positive feed back socoolwitit@ gmail.com
